(Service Time Includes Setup and Grill Station Cleanup.)

Additional Hours @ $75.00 per hour for both Chef and Chef's Assistant Combined.

(We recommend: 1 Chef & Assistant per every 100 guests).

Chef with Commerical Grill & Propane...Plus, Chef's Assistant

(A water source is required onsite!)

$500.00 Per Chef and Chef's Assistant along with Grill Rental & Necessary Propane...Complete, for up to 4 hours service.

(Service Time Includes Setup and Grill Station Cleanup.)

Additional Hours @ $75.00 per hour for both Chef and Chef's Assistant Combined.

(We recommend: 1 Chef & Assistant per every 100 guests).

Server Fee

(A hot water source is required onsite!)

$150.00 Per Server for up to 4 hours service.

(Service Time Includes Setup and Banquet Area Cleanup.)

Additional Hours @ $30.00 per hour/per each Server.

( We recommend: 1 Server per every 50 guests).

Bartenders & Barmaids

[Service Includes labor and all necessary bar tools such as blenders, ice scoop etc..., however, bar or bar station, alcohol, mixers, pop, garnishes, straws and ice are NOT included, but available for additional charge.]

$200.00 Per Bartender or Barmaid for up to 4 hours service.

(Service Time Includes Setup and Bar Cleanup.)

(We recommend: 1 Bartender/Barmaid per every 50 guests).

Additional Hours @ $40.00 per hour/per Bartender or Barmaid.

A tip jar will be placed on the bar onsite at the event; otherwise, a 20% gratuity, per Bartender or Barmaid, shall be added to final invoice.
