Instructions to Reserve Your Inflatable,
Interactive, Live Performer, Concession or Speciality Rental Attractions!
1) Locate the Individual Rental Item(s), Packages, and/or Service(s) you would like a quote on from our online Entertainment & Rental Directory.
2) Either Call us at (248) 529-3156 or Email us the item(s) or services you are interested in (by item number or item name). Please insure to advise how many items you are interested in renting so we can provide you with a multi-unit rental discount. [Multi-Unit Rental Discounts are based on many variables, therefore, we cannot asses a set percentage or discount amount....we must receive the list of items of interest in order to provide you with an accurate multi-unit rental discount!]
3) Include your complete event location address, plus cross streets, date of event and time period you require rental and/or services for. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ANY AND ALL RENTALS OR PERFORMANCES NEEDED!
4) Advise if your event will be held at a residence, park or otherwise. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ANY AND ALL RENTALS OR PERFORMANCES NEEDED!
5) Advise if you will need rental equipment Attendants/Operators to monitor the rental equipment. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ANY AND ALL RENTALS NEEDED!
6) If you are inquiring about Carnival Food Concessions, please insure to include how many individual servings you will need for an accurate quote...and....advise if you will have volunteers to operate and serve the concessions, or if you will require our servers for hire.
7) If you are inquiring about Live Character Performers, please advise more than 1 choice, in order of preference, just incase certain performers are unavailable for either your event date or event location.....See Clowns, Magicians and Character Performers (click here).
8) We will send you either an Email, Phone or Fax quote, based on your request.
9) A 50% Deposit is required to process your order, we will advise what the deposit will be to guarantee reservations, as they will vary! The balance remaining is due 2 weeks prior to the the event date. (Sometimes, we can arrange to have the balance paid "cash only" onsite at the event site.)

Cards. We will send you a PayPal Invoice. PayPal is our online credit card processing agent. There is a 3.5% surcharge on orders greater than $200.00. This surcharge will be added to your PayPal invoice. You must also FAX a copy of your credit card (front and back) along with a copy of your drivers license to complete your credit card order. Transfer Method. Any charges for Wire Transfer are NOT absorbed by Party Express, LC; therefore, please DO NOT deduct any Western Union processing fees when sending your payment via/Wire Transfer. A $20.00 fee for Wire Transfer Payment will also be ADDED to your final invoice total to cover any charges incurred via/Western Union through Party Express, LC banking facility as acceptance of payment accordingly.
