1) Either Call us direct at (248) 529-3156 or Email us the product and/or services you are interested in (Including Side Dishes, Full Service or Bartending Services, etc...) from our "ONLINE 0511-0701-1515-4875.jpg (8638 bytes) EXPRESS DROP & GO DELIVERED CATERING MENU" or "PIG ROASTING SERVICES MENU."

3) Include your event location, with cross streets, and advise if your event will be held at a residence, park or otherwise.

4) Please advise the date your event is scheduled for and what time you would like our Chef to serve your lunch/dinner at.

5) We will send you an email reply confirming availability of your request along with the total cost and any other pertinent information.

6) When you are ready to book your services....we will require a 50% Deposit to guarantee your reservations with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event date.

7) Cancellations/Refunds:    You may cancel your reservations any time prior to the 2 week cutoff period, Less $200.00 which is automatically non-refundable at time of booking; however, the $200.00 Cancellation Fee "is" Transferable, which simply means that you have the opportunity to reschedule your event to another "open and available date" with Party Express, LLC within a 6 month period following originally scheduled event date. Deposits become "fully non-refundable" 2 weeks prior to event date as well as the remainder of balance due, this is based on the processing stages which will already be underway.

Complete Your Check Payment based (either 50% as deposit or full payment amount) and Fax your payment to us @ 248-529-3154.

Make Check Payable To: Party Express, LC.  DO NOT Mail us your check after faxing it, simply retain it for your records. DO NOT Re-Issue the check number you have sent to us.

Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check By Mail

Credit Card

We accept Most Major Credit Cards through PayPal, our online credit card processing agent.

If you would like to utilize a credit card for deposit or full payment, simply let us know and then we will send you a PayPal Invoice by email.

Please be aware, there is a 3.5% surcharge for all credit card purchases.  This surcharge will be added to your PayPal invoice accordingly.

Any charges for Wire Transfer are NOT absorbed by Party Express, LC; therefore, please DO NOT deduct any Western Union processing fees when sending your payment via/Wire Transfer.  

A $20.00 fee for Wire Transfer Payment will also be ADDED to your final invoice total to cover any charges incurred via/Western Union through Party Express, LC banking facility as acceptance of payment accordingly.

9) Following receipt of your booking/reservation deposit or complete payment, a notification or invoice will be either sent by email or fax to you (based on your preference...please let us know).


IMPORTANT: Please advise us of any changes, especially additions to amount of guests or servings 2 weeks prior to event date.
