and/or services you are interested in (Including Side Dishes,
Full Service or Bartending Services, etc...) from our "ONLINE
3) Include your event location, with cross streets, and advise if your event will be held at a residence, park or otherwise. 4) Please advise the date your event is scheduled for and what time you would like our Chef to serve your lunch/dinner at. 5) We will send you an email reply confirming availability of your request along with the total cost and any other pertinent information. 6) When you are ready to book your services....we will require a 50% Deposit to guarantee your reservations with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event date. 7) Cancellations/Refunds: You may cancel your reservations any time prior to the 2 week cutoff period, Less $200.00 which is automatically non-refundable at time of booking; however, the $200.00 Cancellation Fee "is" Transferable, which simply means that you have the opportunity to reschedule your event to another "open and available date" with Party Express, LLC within a 6 month period following originally scheduled event date. Deposits become "fully non-refundable" 2 weeks prior to event date as well as the remainder of balance due, this is based on the processing stages which will already be underway. 8) We accept the following methods of payments:
9) Following receipt of your booking/reservation deposit or complete payment, a notification or invoice will be either sent by email or fax to you (based on your preference...please let us know). IMPORTANT: Please advise us of any changes, especially additions to amount of guests or servings 2 weeks prior to event date. |
