    • This is an Authentic Corn Roast, which means, the corn is roasted in the husk and served hot off the grill!  We suggest that you have a large cooler onsite at the event (perhaps more than 1 depending on how many guests there will be to serve) so that the corn can be placed inside for self-distribution.  The corn shall remain in the husk...as we do not husk the corn! You could arrange volunteers or elect our FULL SERVICE CATERING.

    • Authentic Corn Roast Available with any "Fully Roasted Onsite" Pig Roast - served with melted butter and salt.

    Should Corn be "Out Of Season" yet, you would like to have corn served with your roast, we can provide Corn Cob Quarters with Butter and Salt Prepared and Steamed Onsite, on the Grill instead.
